Returns
Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or received in poor condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear images or videos of the damaged or incorrect product may be required for verification.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

- Products damaged due to improper use or handling
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
