Cancellation Before Shipment

If the order or item(s) you wish to cancel have not yet been shipped, you can write to our customer support team at contact@levvew.com or call us at +91 9826084586 (Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Saturday).

In such cases, your order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 48–72 business hours after the cancellation request is successfully processed.

Cancellation After Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped but not delivered, please contact our support team at levvewindia@gmail.com.

In case the order has already been handed over to the courier company, they may still attempt delivery. Please do not accept the package.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition and packaging, we will initiate the refund within 48–72 business hours. Please note, a deduction may be made for wear and tear, return shipping, and processing charges.

Refunds (If Applicable)

We only offer refunds for items that are manufacturing defective or damaged. To be eligible, you must email us at contact@levvew.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Product is damaged due to misuse, overuse, or mishandling
  • Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, free gifts, and accessories
  • Original packaging is damaged or barcode is tampered with
  • Product has been used, washed, or altered
  • Return request is initiated after 2 business days from delivery
  • Free product provided with an offer or promotional campaign

Refund Timeline for Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Refund will be initiated within 48–72 business hours after we receive the cancellation request.
  • After Shipment / On Return: Refund will be processed once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

For payments made through credit/debit card or net banking, the amount will be refunded to the same account within 48–72 business hours of receiving the returned product. It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
