How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.

After passing the final round of quality checks, the items are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will then deliver the package to your provided address at the earliest possible time. In case they are unable to reach you or deliver at your chosen time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

My Order Has Been Shipped. How Can I Track It?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from levvewindia@gmail.com with the following details:

• Tracking number
• Courier partner name

You can track the status of your shipment 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1–6 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

While 95% of our catalogue is kept ready in stock, certain products may be sourced directly from our partner brands to ensure you receive the freshest, non-expired items. In such cases, dispatch may be slightly delayed.

Additionally:

• International deliveries may experience delays due to logistics or public holidays
• During Sale Events, orders may take up to 5 days for dispatch due to high demand

Are There Any Shipping Charges Applicable on My Order?
